I'd like to try sharpening a new endura ce at 15 deg .Will that angle harm the serations? or should I sharpen pe at 15 and se at 20 ?

people , help me out .Ill put it another way. If I sharpen spydy serations at 15 deg, will I be getting a sharper knife ?

Mordi---really,---ask Spyderco or STR, here on BF's, under > MAKERS.

All Spyderco's can be touched up on the Sharpmaker using the 30 degree angles. According to the included DVD you want to sharpen the serrations using only the corners of the white stones. This can be done at 30 degrees, and you want to sharpen the left side, and just deburr the right side.

The serrations should be at approximately 15 degrees currently (on the "cut" side). Some people prefer using the "Profiles" on the serrations. The large radius is a pretty good fit for the large serrations. The small radius is too small for the small serrations but can be used.
