Celebrating 4000 pages of Lambsfoot Goodness!

Congratulations to Jack and the Guardians thread for the 4000 page milestone!!!
I look forward to next months 5000 page celebration. :)
Thanks a lot pal, I've just been enjoying listening to one of your podcasts, with our friend Duncan, and a heated discussion about tools! 😁👍

It's true! :D

I've seen all sorts of things with giveaways here, over the years, such as the winner suddenly deciding they want someone else to have the prize, or disappearing for 6 months, or someone pointing out that that the winner is in fact ineligible for some reason, or someone being nominated who doesn't actually want the knife, so I move cautiously! :D I'm glad everything turned out fine :) Now I have to clear up! :D

Thanks, and better luck next time :)

You're probably best sending a PM to one of our US members Rick
Wait!! They are all blank!🤣🤣

Not an entry for the giveaway (I was lucky enough to trade into the incredible GEC/Waynorth lamb) just wanted to say congratulations on an incredible accomplishment with the Guardians thread! Truly a community within a community :)

Congratulations Jack! You've done a great job keeping the thread on topic and escalating the popularity of the pattern 👍👍 I aquired my first Lambsfoot 6 years ago, didn't know what it was until I posted it in the old knives thread and you came along and educated me, vintage Lambs quickly became a passion of mine👍 Thanks for all you do Jack!
Here's an old picture of the one that started it for me. Not an entry, thanks for the GAW, some lucky person will enjoy the knife!View attachment 2245981
I’ve never seen anything like that before, very industrial. ❤️

I was given 2 free hot drinks from my John Lewis account yesterday.
At the counter they said I had to have them at the same time so I used one for an old lady having a pot of tea.
She was so pleased It just makes you feel good.😁
Good for you, I bet that made her day :) An old lady got on my bus this morning, she was in her 90's, blind, and shaking heavily. I helped her take a seat, so we got to chatting, and she told me she had lost a card she needed to claim her pension, and had to go to the central post office. Despite her difficulties, she had said she liked to be independent, so rather than offering to accompany her to the post office, I just stayed on the bus an extra stop, and got off with her ;)
