Celebrity Death Match -- Gemini vs Ash

TGLB is the first Busse I bought.. Ash1 is the first I wanted, when my BG Ash got here, and I slid it from that cardboard sleeve.. the blade was so stout from edge to spine an the handle felt like heaven.. I LOVE both but if it was a "get to da choppa!!" Situation an I could grab only one...Ash1!!

The ASH -1 was what got me into BUSSE and I'll soon have 5 different iterations....I did try and get a buddy to buy the BG TG but they sold out too quickly...

ASH-1 for me!

Come to think of it, I remember the ASH-1 as being another long running blade.....the longest that I experienced. Now that you mention it, I think those two blades - the ASH-1 and the TGLB - are the front runners for the title.

Just not sure which one.....
 
Well... I have now owned my dream fat ash for a while now, an I now consider myself planted firmly in the Steel Heart camp.. though I loved my tglb... the Ash is just...me

 
Since this thread has been resurrected I will add, I much prefer the Ash-1 over the TGLB, The Team Gemini 14 however is a different Ballgame
 
Both great knives and everyone should own at least one of each. I always enjoy the comparison threads to see how my own opinion compares to others. Good stuff and nice blades all...

we now have 3 sizes of the veritable TG, I would love to see a more edc or BA sized ASH, scaled down handle 4" blade w/o choil...maybe it would be awful, maybe it would be awesome...

Story I heard was that Chuck Norris was actually driving the tank and a little girl walked up and whacked it with her daddy's TGLB. Not even Chuck Norris messes with INFI.
