"Celluloid in the Kitchen" or "Poof Goes the Knife"

Well... Make sure you keep that knife handle clear of the burner too!!! I find it rather odd that people would use highly flammable handle materials, I saw a video of somebody on youtube who had fitted they're knife with a great handle made of fat-wood! He said he went through 6 belts on his sander because of all the resin and I imagine if that thing caught on fire there would be no stopping it either!
 
I will have to haunt the "antique" shops, see if I can find a replacement for the fork, although this really is a good reason to find a real stag replacement set! Rescaling would be tough due to the short and partially melted tang.

I must say I am overwhelmed by all the concern for the brisket....thanks guys...it was succulent and juicy with just the right amount of smoke and spice.
