Just as a general rule, there shouldn't be any sharp edges on a knife other than the cutting edge. I've seen far too many companies forget and let things slip by.
Don't get me wrong, I love the Spyderco Centofante line, the Cento-4 is one of my very favorite knives, it's in my pocket right now. But the first thing I did after playing with it a few minutes was grind off that point.
As much as Spyderco goes out of their way to design comfortable, ergonomic knives, it's surprising that they let that little point slip by.
The point is a non-issue in tip up carry, but I like the knife as a tip down and don't like my hand getting scratched when I'm reaching into my pocket for something.
The Camillus Heat also has a few sharp edges that detract from an otherwise great knife.
