Also i would like to replace yalls screen names with actual names, so just post your real names so I can make sure to update the list cause I think it would seem strange to be at the show and holler out your screen name from across the room. :D

My name is ---.

You pronounce 4W4K3 just like you say "AWAKE", since that is essentially waht it means :P

Just spoke with Don Morrow yesterday and he informed me that he will be unable to attend due to being slightly ill.

Also has anyone thought of where we can meet up for drinks and such?

Well I just got back home. Decided not to stay till Sunday. I have about 35 pics so pardon all the posts.

The show itself wasn't that big and sales weren't very high. Only a couple sold out. Bill Rueple (sp?) sold out. Some others didn't even sale one. Others only a few. I can't wait for The Spirit of Steel Show in late September. For my first show this was good. Everyone was nice and I made sure not to get in anyones way.

Thanks for the pics, especially the Fischer ones I asked for. The Clyde Fischer is a cool bonus pic. Looks like a good show overall. Was I right in my prediction of about 50/50 factory/custom? I'm wondering if the show makeup is changing since that last time I went in '05.

The show looks the same as when I went in04 it was my first chance to see some of the custom work from a few of the Ozies. I have meet Lovet many times as I lived in Killen for many years It is the only knife show I have atended any I was quite pleased with it.

Ya that seems about right. There were a lot of people with Case knives and old knives. I just wish that TKS had brought some micarta with them. They had a nice selection of ironwood tho. Now I look forward to going to The Spirit of Steel show in Dallas/Fort Worth. Supposed to be the biggest show in Texas.

In your second pic. I ended up with the last knife on the right.
I enjoyed the cutting demo out back.Over all a pretty good show.

You were there but you didn't even say hi? Or were you only there Sunday? I left Saturday night at around 9pm and was actually going 73 in a 65 and got pulled over by the highway patrol and was issued a warning. I was the one walking around in either a cowboy hat or a green GIT-R-DONE hat. :D

Sorry I couldnt make it we got flooded out this weekend. I got to do a lot of water rescue work though.

Ya I heard about all the flooding. If I had known that it was going to flood I would have gone there instead and helped yall out. You didn't miss much. Unless you are a huge fan of Case knives then you didn't miss too much. I forgot to take pics of the cutting demo. Best score was 51. Brion Tomberlin didn't do so well tho. He was using someone else's knife which the handle was too small so it wanted to roll and he only scored a 20. I loved the pyramid of cans and the golf ball looked pretty difficult.
