CF Civilain serial number question....help

HI, I just received my third CF Civilian. This one has no serial number but my others do. Does anyone know why it doesn't have one?

They only number the first ones, don't number them all. Not sure how many are numbered actually on the civilians, normally first 1000 but don't think they are making that many so... Hope this helps a little.

They are making 1200 CF Civilians.
