I'm sure many of you have seen this thing floating around the internet. I'm curious if anybody has had the materials tested or even handled enough to give an idea if it really uses titanium and S35VN blade steel. I see it for just under $100 and find it hard to believe that a knife of those materials can be produced and sold for a profit at that price. I know they get some good reviews, but I have yet to hear what I'm asking here.

Don't know anything about the knife, but looked at one listing and it says "titanium alloy." That could mean that there is very little titanium involved.

Wrong thinking. Ti alloy is stronger than pure titanium. 6Al4V is what Chris Reeve uses. 6Al4V is a titanium alloy.

You missed the point. If they said "titanium," we'd know what it was. If it's "titanium alloy," it could run the gamut from high quality alloy to essentially steel.

They are listed as "TC4 Titanium" which is 6al4v - and I am pretty sure you can't use low quality titanium because they don't spring.
In the hand "springiness" of the lock feels the same as on zt0562 or 0452.
Fit and finish is also very good with tight tolerances (i had problem removing back-spacer from standoffs).
I can't judge the steel because I haven't really used the knife and even if I did I am not sure if I could notice difference between 440c and m390.

And here are some low quality pictures:
