Even when James makes a boo boo he does right. A menshlich dealer and a true maven of sharp objects. I wish I lived in CA so he could do my taxes, too.

Two kives up for Chai Cutlery! Fast service and great prices! I got another pink Delica! Thanks James!

Here we all agree. In my first dealings with me he sent me to a competitor to get what I wanted faster!

I think everyone should read his website... it is a real pleasure.

Sorry, James, but one of the qualifications of Sainthood is that you can't volunteer for the job, nor can you turn it down once canonized, since the honoree is usually long dead at that point.

To whom it may concern:

I too have had excellent dealings with Chai Cutlery. Here's an example: Once I ordered some knives, and the postage ended up being less than originally quoted. When the box arrived, I found the knives (of course) and two bucks for the extra un-spent postage! That kind of service and integrity is worth a lot more to me than the two bucks, by the way.

Another thumb up here!

The other is currently involved in mindlessly flipping my new BM Axis-lock, purchased from James.

This is the first time I've asked a question about a knife model, and had the dealer, of his own accord, chase down answers from Benchmade and his distributor. Kudos James, for a job well done.

Okay, at least let me nominate James for Bishop! Great service from Chai Cutlery!

I have to agree. I've done a bit of business with James and it's always been a real pleasure. Thanks, James!

Owning a business, I cannot imagine sending a check for 10% of gross to a charity. But indeed, when I order a knife from James a check arrived with the order, made out to the charity of my choice.

I was going to include a business card with the check and letter of explaination from Chai Cutlery...but it felt more in the spirit to send anonymous.

You're a good man, James Mattis.
