Hey guys!

How is all of my Gunny coveting ironman WSS bros fairin???

Still motivated? Still in the game?

Talk is cheap. Lets see the pics.

Im still liftin 3x a week, running 6x a week, and biking as much as the weather allows. This time of year is my favorite for hikes, so Ive been woodswalkin quite a bit.

Im down 60lbs from what I was in january.

My diet is good. All natural, no processed foods, good carbs, lots and lots of lean protiens, veggies, and fruits. Eat alot of apples, oranges, spinich, and brocoli......

Sooooo.........

Whats goin on with ya?

i threw my last pack of cigarettes in the trash 3 weeks ago and havent picked up a smoke since. so i guess thats a start. i eat pretty healthy but i havent been able to get out to do alot of excercise lately so thats probably what i gotta work on.

the cigarettes are a HUGE step in the right direction. Im super happy to hear you are doin that. :)

thanks bro,

i think 10 years of smoking has been enough for now. lol.

I had my last smoke a lil over a month ago. I have put on about 5lbs. Been working out about 3x a week and doing sit ups and push ups every night since I quit. I want to get to 170lbs and work with that.

Good luck to the rest of you, I really hope you all reach your goals!

Thats awesome Tony. Chantix? Or just cold turkey?

Nice to see ya postin more. Even though you lack integrity. :jerkit: :p

Gimme a call next week bro, we can swap more inbreedin stories.

LMAO, People are gonna get the wrong idea bro....

I am using the patch when I remember to put it on anyway.

I'll call you next week bro.

Hasn't been going too good for me sadly. I have been slacking. It's hard to do it all by yourself all the time. I train in MMA 2-3 times a week, and that is my main workout. 1-2 times a week I try to do my old workout of hindu squats pushups and whatever abs I want to work. Im walkin around at 220-225 which doesnt seem right to me but its whatever. Next semester will be alot better. Im taking a weightlifting class specifically so that I can get more workout time. Tough stuff.

Not that I'm taking part, but I started 10 days ago, lost 2 kg and 6 cm around the waist already. Though that was pretty much the first week, my scales seem to be stuck the last 3 days ...

Hi

Do you train with a heart rate monitor? If yes, post average heart rate over duration of execise period and kCal burned ........ ;)

Regards from Africa

Aubrey

I'm still at it. Not into any heavy excersize yet, still riding the bicycle and walking, hunting and varried outdoors activities. I've gone from 264 lbs to 210 lbs, measured this last Saturday. No great pictures that show the loss, yet, all of my belts have a couple more buckle holes punched into them.

Heading up to TN tomorrow after work for a week of whitetail hunting.

I've got a good 20 pounds of fat to get off, still. Technically 30, but I think I'm starting to run into the muscle bulk spae where the standard 'rope and choke' measurements fail.

All I gotta do is really hit the diet hard and keep pumping out the reps....

what the hell. You've been smoking since you were 12? I guess you'll have to go back to blaming flat feet soon.

picked up my first pack of camel lights at the age of 10.

gotta find a good orthopedics place for my feet and then i'll be set. lol.

Hi Guys,

Christof and Hushnel, you guys are doing great. I've kind of fallen off the wagon and put a couple of pounds back on.

Damn guys! Congradulations is in order to all of you! My change happened a year ago. I weighed 125 kg (275 pounds I think) I am 1,94 m tall and was mainly for Rugby that I was so big. I lost 20 kg through swimming, kicked the smoking and eating right. Gymming more resistance than trying to build like I use to. Now its just to maintain. My weight is usually between 105 and 110 now and I can say. Losing so much weight helps the knee joints and back a lot!
