Im still liftin 3x a week, running 6x a week, and biking as much as the weather allows. This time of year is my favorite for hikes, so Ive been woodswalkin quite a bit.

Im down 60lbs from what I was in january. :thumbup:

My diet is good. All natural, no processed foods, good carbs, lots and lots of lean protiens, veggies, and fruits. Eat alot of apples, oranges, spinich, and brocoli......

This is a killer thread!!! Too bad I weigh 160lbs and would die if I lost any more weight. This is inspirational and all of you are making leaps and bounds in the right direction. Now stick with it!!!! Stay active!!!! Don't eat until you've gorged yourself!!!!!!

I've been keeping things pretty simple lately: I've attatched some vids to illustrate the moves, but they are not my vids.

been doing that 3x a week... Running or mma on the off days.
 
I'm still on a crazy swing workout. I don't workout for maybe 3 days then pump iron the next 3 days. I can't weigh myself since I can't figure out this new scale we got. Either way I haven't changed much. I'm working on more reps now than weight since I am plateauing now.
 
Good work guys. I lost about 65 lbs or so 3 or so years ago
Was 243 lbs. Now I weight in around 180ish. Would like to be around 175
