Champagne Saber

That is why the ones used by sommeliers are blunt ... or they use the back of the knife/sword.

Good morning All,

I have been looking to get a champagne sabre for my partner for their birthday in just over a week (yes I've left it late!!)But can't seem to find one in the c£50 Mark in this country - plenty in the EU but not enough time for postage now due to Brexit.

Anyway, seeing as these don't actually have to be sharp o was wondering if anyone knew whether a replica sabre might work? Something like this:

Any advice from someone who has no idea would be great appreciated!!

Thanks!!
Liz
