Joe Chandler S30V Kitchen Knife 7" blade, G-10 scales, red liners

The spine of the blade is nicely polished and smoothed, the full tang is also nicely polished and the handle is well-shaped (very symmetrical). G-10 handle actually feels more grippy when wet than it does dry.

It is sharpened double beveled, finishing with a Kitayama 8000 waterstone. It is wicked sharp, takes a bit longer to sharpen than softer steels but better edge retention. It is a great cutter. It has been used, so the blade is not pristine, it has a couple tiny water stains & a slight scratch on the left side of the blade. The contoured G10 handle scales & red liners says custom knife all over it, the ricasso is marked "Chandler" on one side and "S30V" on the other. Overall a nice custom knife.

double bevel, hand honed to scary sharp $150 reduced to $139

the tang in the handle measures 1/8", the blade is a flat grind on both sides.
