I would say as far as knives and multitools go, when I do have to dress up or wear clothes where weight is an issue, my go to now for both knife and multitool is the leatherman ps4, it has everything I want for a very small and light package. If you want a larger blade on you try a more classic traditional folder they usually go over well in business environments as more of a gentlemens knife. maybe along the lines of a case trapperlock with the clip, or a russlock with the clip.
