I assumed that my post count as Bonkers would be transferred over to b.c.molin?

Also that all posts by 'Bonkers' would be automatically renamed 'b.c.molin'?

Is this the case?

Will it just take a few days for things to change.

A few days have turned into more than a week... 10 days in fact.

At the least an update regarding what a username change purchase entails would be appreciated.
 
You can't change your "Bonkers" account name to "b.c.molin" because you created this account (the one you are posting with in this thread) with that name and there cannot be two accounts with the same name. (I also suspect that this has caused some confusion and led to the lapse in responses.)

I do, however, believe that Spark can merge the two accounts under the name you prefer...

I sent you an email saying that Bonkers was in use and to call us regarding an alternate account to name change. If you own the Bonkers account and want them merged, post under it in this thread and we will do so. Unless you do so, we will not delete it or merge it for security reasons.

So far I can not find an email from Spark but I will look for it in the spam filters. But I did find a pm from you ...I am sorry I had not thought of checking pm's. :o

I opened the Bonkers account as I was then too cheap to pay for a username change from Munchi Kool to Bonkers. After several months I decided I wanted to use my real name(b.c.molin) and keep the Bonkers posts and associated post count.

So I paid for the username change when perhaps I should really have asked for a merging of the two user accounts, 'Bonkers' with 'b.c.molin'.

I hope this clarifies matters and thank you for your time and help.

Hi Spark I really am sorry for the confusion.
