Changes at eBay?

I don't have a huge amount of data to go on, but it seems like eBay is getting more aggressive about removing listings that contain what it calls "switchblade knives," particularly in auctions that last 5 days or more. Has anyone else noticed this?

What does it call "switchblade knives"?

Any specific examples you can recall?

Autos and bali-songs seem not to stay long.

Especially when the ad states or shows the knives to be of such configuration.

Don't know if they are disappearing quicker, though.

I think e-bay has had that policy in place for a long time. My impression about your "increased frequency" comment is that someone may be playing "ebay police". Most auctions are pulled only when someone else (likely another seller who has had an auction pulled) complains about the content of the auction. Ebay doesn't seem to need much encouragment to pull auctions.
