I may be a little late on this, but has anyone seen the newer ZT0200st and 200, ZT0301 and 302, and even the ZT400st and 400?
I have images below and some short statements about what I noticed different about them.

Zero Tolerance 0200st
productdetails.php

-a little different blade design
-new serrations (from looks I like the old ones better)
-new thumb stud (from looks I like it better)

Zero Tolerance 0301
productdetails.php

-different blade design; looks longer and more like the 0200's blade
-new thumb stud
-different tiger strips
-all apply for the 0302 as well

Zero Tolerance 0400st
productdetails.php

-looks like a slightly different blade design, but only slightly if any
-those same new serrations that the new 0200st has now
-new thumb stud

I just felt like posting something about it. All of these pics can be found at the KIA web site in the Zero Tolerance section of course. Not sure if this will interest in anyone or not, but it interested me so I thought I'd post something about it.

The pics I wanted on here did not show up but i think you get the idea. If you still want to see some pictures of them just go to their web site like I said.

I really like the looks of the 0700 too! I was looking into picking one up, but I'm not sure what the use of that extra wide tanto blade really is....

No, I really don't get the idea. Their website doesn't have pictures of the 'old' and 'new' knives, so I really can't speak to the changes. Maybe you could link a couple images from google or something that illustrate what you're talking about?

only thing i can point out is the "tiger stripes" on my 301 are more like chevrons like <<<< pointing towards the tip, compared to whats on the the kershaw website (actual tiger stripes) and other knives ive seen, with more of a S stripes

edit: i didnt even look at that thumb stud till now AND that one doesnt have the mounts for the pocket clip on the G10 side!

I looked on the ZT website and see what you're talking about. I definitely like how the 0301 looks now, but other than that, the changes are hard to notice which I suppose is good because you shouldn't fix what aint broke.

Alright here they are

0200st
http://www.kershawknives.com/productdetails.php?id=8&brand=zt
-has the new serrations and thumb stud

0301
http://www.kershawknives.com/productdetails.php?id=10&brand=zt
-has new thumb stud, tiger strips, and blade design (blade looks more like the one one the 0200)

this is the older 0300
http://www.kershawknives.com/productdetails.php?id=441&brand=zt
-you can use this to compare to the new 301
- it doesn't have the newer thumb stud and the blade looks a little shorter than the new one

0400st
http://www.kershawknives.com/productdetails.php?id=37&brand=zt
-has the new serrations, new thumb stud and looks like a slightly different blade design than the older 0400

Hope this helps a bit!

Glade you see it now. I posted the rest of the links if anyone's interested.

On the new 0301 the jimping looks a bit more aggressive closer to the blade on top and if you look closely at the thumb studs they look like they don't act as a blade stop like the older ones did...
Just a few more observations I thought I'd throw in.

Diggin the new thumb studs... Do the coatings look a bit different? On the 0200, the black seems more faded. Looks kinda cool. Reeeeeeally like the blade shape changes.

The Blur style thumbstuds are cool and they work well however they cut the strength of the stop pin/thumbstuds by more than half! If this is an actual change that is happening, as I haven't heard anything about it, I hope that they put a stop pin inside the handle instead of using the new thumbstuds. The ZT 301 in your link also isn't drilled and tapped for left hand carry which would be a real stupid change to make. I kind of think that this is some kind of mix up or outdated picture, possibly pictures of the original prototypes. I love the knives but lets face it, KAI's website is a little bit primitive.

In addition to the differences in gimping on the blade spine, I traced the newer blade and laid it over the older blade to make the subtle changes more apparent.

If you look at the newer knife, the thumbstuds don't fit into the recess on the handle and the blade seems to be sticking up. I'd guess the knife is a prototype and the nut is just there for show--the blade is just laid roughly in place for the photo, not really attached.

The text below the newer design also states that it will be four way adjustable for the clip, once again the lack of holes is most likely because this is a prototype.

I think the new blade design is more appealing than the old.

Great, just what I needed. An excuse to buy another ZT 0300 series knife.:D

Best,

Heekma
