Changes to the ZT Line

Also note the swedge reaches the tip instead of stopping 3/4 of the way there.

Thomas, correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no changes to the ZT line. Those are computer-rendered images. What you see online right now is what you'll receive in your hands.

For the 0300, click "VIEW 360." That's how the knife looks. I agree, the stock images online should be changed.

Those pictures have been on the kershaw website for probably close to a year now. When I purchased my 301 I was wondering what I would get but was told those were just images on the website and the design was not changed.

*is not a fan of the inclined thumbstuds* I really like my 500, so the 300 series is next on my to get list, however I would NOT purchase an expensive knife with inclined studs... The Storm II I'd bought is an excellent knife, however whenever I pocket/unpocket it, those studs always scrape their pointed corners against the side of my pocket (very annoying) and generally rip at my thumb during opening unless I break the detent first using the half-flipper... I like the rest of the 'alternate' 300 design, however I very much hope that the stud choice (and less-secure placement) is just a concept drawing...

Sigh... I guess people don't read posts...

There are NO changes to the ZT products like the ones that the pictures that you see suggest.

Sigh... I guess people don't read posts...

If I read every single post about every single thing on BF I'd get nothing done.:D

I'm glad this one came up, if for no other reason than to know there's no changes to the line.

The new (prototype?) blade shape pictured is attractive, but the original design has a funky flair all its' own as well.

Best,

Heekma
