Changing user name

I've recently joined Bladeforums and would like to change my user name to an alias and put more info in my profile. I know how to do the profile part. If I want to change the user name do I have to start over or can you change it for me on your end. Also I want you guys to know I REALLY enjoy Bladeforums and appreciate all the time and effort that goes into making it work. Thanks

Me too, come on guys give us a clue...
Also if we have to re-register will it delete our history and rights to edit/terminate threads even if we keep our e-mail address?
 
Well Iain it looks like others have wanted to do the same. Since Iam fairly new Iam going to make the change anyway. David thanks for the threads, I checked them all. I will morph now. Out with the old and in with the new who? Only the Shadow nows.
 
Just make sure you let me know when you change so I can delete the old profile (we have enough clutter...)

Anyhow, keep in mind that if you are going to do this, you will have to reregister with another email address as our records only allow 1 profile per email address. If you want to use the same one you currently are using, you'll have to wait until we delete this one.

Spark, thanks for the help and info-I'am still figerin' this stuff out. Yes, I would like to be deleted and then sign on again. Is this enough notification or does it need to be done another way? I know this takes your time and effort and it is appreciated.

I can either delete your profile, or leave it be. Anything in between is a lot more work and I quite frankly don't have the time to start changing everyone's profiles for them.
