Chapter 11 Reorganization

Last Wednesday I filed on behalf of my company, Arizona Knife Source, LLC., for relief under Chapter 11 Reorganization. We wish to thank all of you for your support in the past, and support during this period of reorganization. Our doors ARE going to remain open. Vendors of ours will be paid as per the courts final approval of payment plans. Our future is dependent upon support of the cutlery community. I just spoke to Bob Taylor of Round Eye Knife & Tool. In professional manner and class, REKAT has pledged to continue their support of us. We are very thankful to them for this support and all the others who are in this situation with us. This is a very difficult and humbling time for me. And I would appreciate that should you hear comments made about us, please contact me rather than spread rumor and inuendo. We'll be happy to keep you informed.
