Personally I think the XTI is way better than the TI. The TI scissors are about 30% smaller (and IMHO, therefore useless) than on the old Wave and you get another bit socket in exchange. You can use the cutting hook for about 90% of what you would use a scissors for.

Just be careful with ebay. The Charge comes with removable rings and extra bits etc. It would be easy for a seller to 'forget' to put them back in the box.
Just so you know, the standard online (store) price is 99.00 and I've seen as low as 77.

First off I have 2 Charge TI's and I love them! But One is a replacement because Leathermans Quality Control has been poor on some of their products of late. I got one that was so jacked up because it had been put together wrong at the factory and went through their QC process and made it to the store. I got a replacement that I am happy with.
I do think if you get a good one you will love it. I do believe it is the best Multi Tool out there at this time. 154CM Blade is outstanding and the tool itself is strong and well built.

I like mine...It's what I carry now. Haven't had a chance to use it much. I just got the extra bit set for it and it should make the tool more useful for me.
