Here's a nifty front flipper from yet another South African knifemaker. There's a scratch on the blade, which I tried to capture in a pic. Otherwise in excellent condition.

3" blade, 4 1/4" closed, 7 1/4" OAL. These don't precisely line up with what I can find by way of specs published online, but that's what my ruler says.

Blade is Elmax. Titanium sides, anodized blue accents. Skeletonized for reduced weight. Strong detent. Don't know what it's riding on.

It will shake shut. The detent is strong. Probably too strong. A guy who likes to fiddle with the action will be happy. My first and only front flipper, so I don't know if it's just not for me, or if I have little weakling hands.
 
Hmmm.... is there any way to tell if it’s running on bearings or washers? Of bearings, I might take a stab at it.
