Charlie named this knife the "Cow Killer",after a wingless wasp that has a very painful bite.It is a small sized survival style pocket fixed blade, but is very handy utilitarian knife, the handle is quite comfortable for it's size.It is 6-1/8" OAL,with a 2-3/8" blade, measured tip to scales.3/32" thick S30V SS,"Scandi" grind & hand rubbed on the flats.Black liners, mosaic pins & green canvas micarta, leather pocket pouch included .The custom made bead is included, that is made of green "diamond" wood (lami) & the center is ragg micarta. Card from maker dated 10/08.This was $305 from the maker w/ an 18 month wait.

How much "use" has the knife had? It looks brand new. Has it been sharpened? I have one of these, and they are beautiful pieces. Not chatting..., just asking for more information. THANKS!!!

Wicked Sharp,it has been carried almost every day, since I got it in Oct. '08, in my top left shirt pocket, with foldover button flap, witch kinda protects it.
I have cut some fruit, carved some ham one day a customer had a roast in the refrig & told us to eat for lunch ,I cut some other food prep stuff.Trimmed some nylon paint brushes at the "heel"
It has been stropped on a leather strop w/ compound, not hit on a stone yet & yes,it is in excellent shape,as I disclosed.I agree its a great knife,I am reluctant to part with it,but I kinda should. Thanks,
-Vince
PS Upgrades on this are liners/mosaic pins & S30V
