I asked CM to turn some Thermites into as close to XM-18s as I'm ever going to be able to afford/be willing to carry. I also asked him to make me one of his slipjoint kydex rigs for one of the 2 traditionals I will be keeping, my Buck 310s. In less than a week--and for an EXTREMELY reasonable price, got these today (his pic, not mine, or I'd still be at it next week):

Thanks again, Matt!

Strait bangin' son! Them blades just are awesome now! CM no doubt has skill in steel, hey CM, I have been wanting a fixed blade Kerambit for a long time now but can never find any that flick me fancy....I think I want one of yours, in particular, let's Parlé shall we sir?

Been thinking about ordering from him as well. Does he do custom kydex and sharpening or just re profiling ?

Hey CM, that chisel grind Persian is a very attractive knife! I like the deep finger choil, reminiscent of Fred Perrin's Street Beat design. There is something about that upswept blade that just hits all the right buttons. The two-tone finish accentuates the aesthetic impact of the Persian shape. Good work.

Thanks, I'm very much influenced by Perrin.

This one I did for my son, to match dad's knife. Swapped clip, flamed over travel disk, customized back spacer, added choil.
