SOLD - SOLD - SOLD
The Bennica "Squale" subhilt, fully integral, carved from a bar of RWL stainless steel, with the superb, flawless finish so representative of Charly Bennica's skill. Two inlays of the best presentation grade lapis lazuli I have ever seen.
--5 3/4" blade (tip to guard) of RWL 34 stainless steel, mirror polish, 11 1/2" overall length
--Beautiful blade grind features a beveled spine with armor piercing point
--Polished integral hilts and handle
--Incredible presentation lapis lazuli from Afghanistan
--With a form fitted leather box made by CHANTAL BENNICA
--Mint condition - from 2009
The only available "Squale" in recent memory is currently shown at a central California knife purveyor at $0000, but with black jade inlays. The lapis commands a few hundred dollars more in premium.
The price on this pristine creation is about $XXX less than the last lapis "Squale" which sold at around $0000.
Price: $XXXX shipped (CONUS) - International shipping available - contact rbetznerr@sbcglobal.net for purchase details
This piece came to me in a trade - it's a MAGNIFICENT creation that I'm contemplating keeping. But if it sells, so be it. I've priced it WAY right. No pricing reductions.
EDIt: Anyone who knows anything at all about Bennica's knives knows that a deal like this (on this model, with lapis) NEVER is available, NEVER.
