I have to say that I've always received AMAZING customer service from Charlyn and her crew. I sent in a knife I bought here and it just wasn't right. I contacted Charlyn and told her my story. She advised me to go ahead and send it in with $25.00 to do a rebuild. I got it back and it still really wasn't right, so I contacted Charlyn again and she sent me a UPS call tag that day, I was notified 1 day after they got it that it was done and coming back to me. AMAZING. However they did advise me that when it was received by them and all was within normal parameters. A quick email to Charlyn and to the rescue she comes yet again, she personally went over it to be sure. Now I haven't got it back yet but that doesn't matter, I feel confidant it's as good as it's going to ever be again. That is good a ole' American knife manufacturing company's customer service.
