There are several around. Which one you choose depends on price and how you intend to supply the samples and whether you want notched, unnotched, reduced section, etc. Some labs have machining capability, and charge for it. If you dont need it, then you have more options. Standard sample size is 3 individual specimens. Below are some of the labs and locations I know.

Element/Stork labs. Nationwide
I have used Element/Stork, ATS, M&P, and did some of the testing @ S&ME when I worked there. All can give you good results, but since this may not be standard for them, be sure to let them know exactly what you want done. I'm sure there are others, but I have direct experience with those 4.
