Vital Stats:
4.5 inches Overall Length
2.1 inches Blade Length
1.3 inches Blade Width
S30V - beadblast
Blue-black G10
Nice little necker from Chase Axinn. Small, round handle (maybe a grittier finish to the G-10 would be good? Still grippy due to shape, especially with the fob.) with a wide slicer of a blade. The bead-blast does seem to make the S30V prone to flecks of rust - so I would recommend a satin or stone-finish instead...
Sheath+belt loop from Ian Wendt. Sweet, functional, and surprisingly good rentention (while allowing a full grip on the small handle).
Blade about 2.1 inches long (1.6 useable edge) flat ground with a swedge, tapers from 0.15 in to .05 in thick in the first 1.4 inches or so... 1.3 inches at widest point. Some possible added features would be jimping along the index choil and behind the tip to aid in control - however, they aren't really necessary.
Some quick shots of the carry set-up (clickable thumbnails):
And some quick possible grips (reverse grip, edge out works... but not too secure IMO):

pardon the poor quality - old digi-cam.
Works great for most small utility work to cleaning out a fish, chicken, and then slicing sausages for spaghetti and marinara. Nice and comfortable in hammer grip, and several utility grips. I think it COULD be wider at the back of the blade (against the index finger) for more comfort in forward hammer grip... but with the fob, this becomes unnecessary.
Slices soft to medium-hard wood well (made some quick stakes for cooking fish over a campfire). Just... don't use it as anything other than a light utility knife.
