I've found the cheapest deals at the local gun show (where I've also seen some of the most expensive prices).
Besides that, I've found good prices at Knife Center http://knifecenter.com/ although others haven't had the luck I've had!

Either wholesalehunter.com or botach.com. I have done a LOT of looking on this particular issue, and they have some of the cheapest dealer prices I have seen.
