Cheap defensive carry blade under 20$ ?

The Byrd hawkbill can be found many places for under or around your 20 dollar mark. Its very intuitive and easily concealable, I have given them to alot of my female friends as starter knives. Along with a loop of five-fifty chord that you can wrap around a few fingers to keep from losing grip its a nasty little piece of work.

Small paring knives are cheap and effective and if one gets lost or confiscated its no skin off your teeth. http://www.amazon.com/Gourmet-Starf...=8-7&keywords=paring+knife+with+plastic+cover

Singularity35 makes a very good point about what works.

Cold Steel Roach Belly earns my vote. No doubt about it.

I think a Mora Companion might also make a good tactical blade at that price. If you could just go $5 higher, it would open up a world of options.

I don't consider it a weapon but a Bee L01 is a nice knife for the money $13.00
