I saw this fixed blade at a gn show. It has ether bright orange or blue " bone" handles. It probaley is cheap steel. The knife was made by german cutlery or frost cutlery. Its blade was shorter than the handle. Thats all the info I have. Its probaley crap but I would like to have one of these.

Why?? Because I lke the handles and it might make a good outside beater knife.
What knife. the one I was describing

Something like this???

if it is Frosts of sweden, then it is good. if it is "Frost Cutlery" then it is not worth the potmetal it is stamped from.

The one in the pic is a Frost Mora, rat....and I agree with you.

I think that is what Ace is talking about? "orange or blue...handles," "...Frost...," "blade was shorter than the handle..."

Hopefully that is the case- I was responding to the original post and not your pic, the Scandinavian knives are great value for the money. I wouldn't put it past Frost Cutlery to start offering knock-offs of them.

No, sorry guysits not a mora. It had bone or fake one handles. It was a bowie syle aswell. If you guys have ever seen one of those " Original Bowie Knives" it is similar to that.

I've never heard anything on the fixed blades, but the "Steel Warrior" (now "Frost Family") pocket knives are supposed to be nice knives for the price. I say buy it, use it, and post how it holds up. I actually like the design, and I believe i've seen it with ram's horn. Might pick one up myself.

Those knives are Frost Cutlery, and are junk. You would be better off setting your money on fire, then to buy that junk.
