Yeah, this is probably nothing new, but I had to try out my new camera on something!

Anyway, I was poking around my place and found a plastic coffee can in one hand and my Coleman single-burner stove in the other.

Remember those old Reese's commercials where the guy with the peanut butter bumps into the girl with the chocolate?

You can get a fancy Coleman carrying case, but, I got the stove for $1.00 at a yard sale (works great) and the "case" was FREE with the coffee! It will do for now. And the fit is perfect.:D

i bet you could find a nice fuel bottle that fits in their with the stove.

nice job dude.!

Wish I'd thought of that -- oh, wait a sec, I did think of that. :D

Works great, doesn't it? My own Coleman multi-fuel lives in a plastic Folgers can, as do two other stoves.

Seems like there are a gazillion uses for these containers. Just last night I stowed my tow chain in a Maxwell House can and tossed it into my truck for the winter.

My old single burner stove came in a nice kettle with a lid for a case. I have had that one for 40 years.

Yeah, the plastic Folgers can 27.8 oz. seems like it was made for the Coleman stove. The indented handles lock it into place and the space between the handles lets the pump slide down.

Great Idea, I have one of those stoves and always hate to toss those coffee cans away, I knew they would be good for something. Thanks.
