Cheaper epoxy alternatives to Duracoat

I'm looking to epoxy-coat a blade.
Local hardware store has this spray-on "Rustoleum appliance epoxy paint" for $4:

I would think that epoxy is epoxy is epoxy, regardless of the brand.
Anyone has used Rustoleum's appliance epoxy paint before?
How does it compare to Duracoat?
