It's patterned after my late grandfather's machete. It's gonna be 20 inches overall, 14 inch blade, 5160 steel, and its gonna be thick too... Dan said around .265 or .274:thumbup: CAN'T WAIT

Only thing I would be concerned about is the lack of a guard.Maybe put a wider ricaso on it to make a guard.
