This is one of those things that just happen when you need it to. To the best of my knowledge, this is pretty much in the warncliffe range of knife designs and styles. I added this little abrupt top edge to make possible even more tasks, whether in the kitchen or at the campfire.
I could not get past the handle material. I am very pleased at the look, the weight, the density.
Here’s the specs:
Not a Model but kind of like a Warnie
Serial: 9 FEB 11
Stabilized Maple Burl (from Nicholas,) black fiber liners
5/32” 440-C Stainless Steel
blade length 3 1/2”
overall 8”
weight 6.7 ounces

I'd ask for Blade Forums members only, a special price of SOLD TO A BLADEFORUMS MEMBER AND THANK YOU!
Thanks!
Eddie
