I was brousing around on Ebay at lunch and noticed this....Item #2104560326, the guy claims it's a Seal 2000 but it doesn't even look like a real Strider to me (sorry I couldn't paste a link, my work pc is being cranky today).
 
I emailed him to inform him of his false advertising, and he replied:
Thanks for the email
are you 100% sure that it is not original, as the stampings say strider and
seal 2000, before i pull the auction.

I'm not bidding. I have a REAL SEAL 2000. At least there's a pic so people can see what they're getting. whatever :rolleyes:

FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!! It isn't even wrapped in para-chord. Watch what happens when lawyers get involved. No body tell this jackass what is going on. He's gonna get a visit. :D
 
So he offered to cancel the auction....how nice. I just got home and checked again, it's still there.
 
Yeah, I noticed the one you speak of a couple of days back, and I was wondering about that.. doesn't even closely resemble any Strider I know of.. the funny **** you find on Ebay nowadays..

Wonder what the guys at Strider think of this one. Though I've seen a couple of imitations on the net, this is the first one I saw that actually claimed to be a ligitimate Strider.
