Cheesecake ...better go to the creek

I'll be at the Golden Manor Thurs. night .
Make sure we have some milk to wash it down.

Is that first one pineapple? Never had a pineapple cheesecake before.
 
dang it, i had plans made to go, but the special olympics event takes precedence and i have to attend to those concerns and it is for a good cause, but we have blade 2010 not to far in the distance.
i am sure that everyone will have a blast at knob creek, enjoy it and make garth drive the trailer back empty, i know the cheesecake will be gone, that is an awesome job on the cheesecakes, amy!!!

Yes it is a pineapple upside down cheesecake...It was a request from a Hog many Knob Creek's ago and I had never made one before and everyone likes it so I named it after him...

I still haven't made it to a knob creek show, and dought I can make this one.
Knives, Guns and the best Cheescake in the world....I gotta get to one soon!
 
I was all set, not to go, had almost made peace with it, but now this:(. It's only like 7 hours each way and I would either need to miss Sunday at the creek or my Alumni Rugby game. My knees & my belly are saying "Creek, Creek, Creek...". My wallet and my backside are saying "stay home". Guess I need to check my available credit.

Garth, a few INFI teaser pics could sway me you know:D

We are working on that:D Just got home and they are packing some sweet sweet INFI.

and we did get some pics:) I just wanted to put those boxes in my car but Garth said no:( he is just a big meany:p

I know that cheesecakes look all pretty and such...but the ones that I make..are kinda ugly I do not trim the edges (I have been told that is the best part)

I never claim to be a master chef....but I sure like seeing the smiles from everyone that enjoy's them:thumbup:
