A récent creation, this chef’s knife has a very French blade profile.
Its chisel ground, sellectivelly hardened, kuro uchi 1095 steel blade is 8 1/2” long and the slim octagon handle is ipê burl from thé Northern part of thé country - thé hardest, heaviest burl I can remember using.
A very élégant, no frills tool made to work and work à lot like evwrybknife I make.
