Stock removal method from 1/8 inch1095 high carbon steel, heat treated in my shop with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind all the way to the spine for slicing
The spine has been rounded for folks who like to choke up on the blade with the forefinger on the spine
Professionally stabilized figured maple handle with red G10 spacers
Distal taper to the tip and butt
Overall length: 11 inches
Blade:6 1/4 inches
