Sorry for the late reply! Heel height of the chef is 2 inches and the Cleaver is 3", blade length of the Chef is 7 1/2 and the Cleaver is 6 1/4" at the edge. Handle length of the chef is 4 3/4" and the cleaver is 5". Thanks!
