This knife is a ss blade from a knifemaker supply. Yours truly put the handle on it
Thin , 1/16" , ss stock,AUS 8,flat ground. A slicer. Light & comfortable. Easy edge to maintain.12.25" OAL ,7-3/4" of cutting edge
3/16" brass corby bolts on the handle. Black Walnut,grain is matched on both sides,oil finish.
This knife is somewhere in between a good factory knife & a custom handmade. It'll serve the owner well
