Available here today is a chef knife with Desert Ironwood scales.
The blade is belt finished to 600 grit. Heat treat was done by Peter's to 61 Rc.

This knife is very nice, thin balanced well, with a clean finish.
I can not go lower on the price though.
Hopefully someone in Atlanta will like to take it home.

That looks great Chris. The smaller model I got from you 12 months ago still cuts like a laser with nothing more than a few strokes on the strop every now and then.
