Hello! I will be starting a new model of chef knives called "The Common Chef"
this is the prototype knife. The model will be oriented to the common chef who needs a good but an affordable blade, the blade you see now is a prototype with some fit and finish flaws in the shoulders of my hidden tang but that is about it. Since its a prototype it will be at a discounted price
