These small chef knifes have been really popular, just the perfect size for everyday use. I keep one on my counter with a custom cutting board so I can grab and cut. The stainless blade will not discolor, rust or stain. Holds a very good edge and easy to sharpen with a ceramic rod or stones. The handle is professionally stabilized perfect for wet kitchen use.

Blade is 1/8 ATS34 5" long 2" wide 400 grit hand rubbed finish. This is a full flat grind to the full height of the blade to a edge of about 0.015. Bevel is 15 degrees to make a real slicer.

Handle is stabilized Ribbon Sapelle, this has a 3D effect that does you can make out on the first pic., it is 4 7/8 long. The front of the handle is scalloped allowing you to use a pinch grip on the blade.

Also very nice mosaic pins.

Price $95.00 includes shipping in US via Priority Mail.

Love that wood man. I have been wanting to try some of that, looks like you made up my mind! Great knife at a great price.

When stabilized its pretty easy to get the most of this wood, the ribbon is a pretty complex detail that needs a good finish to bring out. Not sure I would try this wood without stabilizing.

Loving this one, Patrick. What I couldn't have seen before is how well the handle molds to your hand. Very easy to cut with.
