Hi everyone!
Today I am offering one of my Workhorse models! This is a “do it all” kitchen knife from 80CrV2 carbon steel.
The knife is 11 3/8” overall with a 6” blade. The knife is 2” wide at its tallest point (right in front of the scales.). The knife has a high flat grind with a distal taper. It is excellent for slicing but strong enough for just about anything you will encounter in the kitchen.
The scales are a beautiful stabilized Purpleheart with Royal Blue G-10 liners. Scales have been hand sanded to 1,000 grit and treated with several layers of wax. The handle has one deco pin showing and multiple internal hidden pins. The scales are indented right behind the blade for a very ergonomic pinch grip if desired.
