Over the last few weeks I made 3 purchases from CKTG.
All the transactions were great!
Communication was timely, shipping was prompt.
To make sure my last minute purchase would arrive before Christmas, Mr. and Mrs. Richmond changed the carrier and it arrived just on time.:thumbsup:
The packages arrived in appropriately sized boxes and were packed carefully, so the content would not rattle and get damaged during shipment.

I am very pleased with both my purchases and the exemplary customer care I have received.

If you are looking for Japanese or oriental kitchen knives, cleavers and accessories (sharpening etc.), I highly recommend CKTG.
Their selection is great, their prices are competitive and the customer service is top notch!

I just got a new order from CKTG.
Great customer service, as always - I had a few other purchases over the last several months too.

I for got to order a few things with my main order, so I placed a second order. I asked them if they could ship the two orders the same day.
Mark, Sue and Eric combined the 2 orders into a single package and refunded me the shipping cost of the 2nd order - all this without me asking for that!
The items were packed very securely and nicely.

You can say I love CKTG, but there is a reason for that: they consistently provide a superb customer service!
 
Been buying from them for years. No problems. Great selection of sharpening gear and good prices. They are one of the few kitchen knife vendors that has an extensive forum of their own as well.
 
I've done business with them recently and through the years also. Nothing but positive experiences.
