Chef or Carver?

A cook only needs one knife. A good 10 inch chef's knife. I have a Global chef's knife and I think Globals are magnificent. Better than Wusthof or Henckels. The blades are better, stronger material, sharper, hold their sharpness longer. Much better esthetics.
