Hello dear brothers,
Thanks Good God today i have to honor to present you a very nice 'chef travel kit' composed of a compact chef knife and a paring matching knife.
Blades are both made using the 80crv2 high carbon tool steel and feature a razor sharp scandi zero grind and a forge finish. Even if i am not by any mean a chef, i really enjoy the scandi 'shoulder' that helps a lot with the 'non stick' of the blades
The handles main bodies are made using some very nice looking vintage micarta while the bolsters are some very cool looking pieces of stab crosscut palm tree.
Everything was nicely fitted and finished for a nice look and feel.
The compact chef knife measures app 8.85 " overall with an app 4.33" handle while the paring knife is app 7.28" overall with an app 4.13" handle.
The price for the set is 220 usd.
