Hi everyone!

Today I am reducing the price on this Chef Utility Knife from W2 steel. The knife is meant to be an all-around kitchen food prep knife, but it is ground thin enough to make an excellent slicer too. It is 9.25 inches in overall length with a full flat grind cutting edge of 4.5 inches. The flats are a nice hand sanded satin finish with a very light hamon from differential heat treatment.

The handles are Battleship Grey G-10 with Pink G-10 liners and pins.

Can’t believe this hasn’t gone! Seriously if this doesn’t go I may have to add it to the one I purchased a couple of weeks ago…. Slicey, razor sharp, lovely patina developed and great in hand. Fantastic kitchen knife.
