From1095 high carbon steel
1/8 inch thick at the forefinger with a distal taper to the tip and the edge. A slicer.
Heat treated in digitally controlled furnace to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade.
Professionally stabilized maple handle that is dishwater safe but please never in the dishwasher. Or any knife for that matter.
Overall length: 14 3/4 inches
Blade: 9 3/4 long with a depth of 2 inches at the forefinger
